I have no illusions as to what the "Overlords" of this country would do to those of us that have not. I have no doubt that, if given the opportunity, millions of us would be put into shackles and forced to serve at the whims of the Uber rich and their Multi-National Corporations!
As we sit and wring our hands, watching as our way of life is rapidly being dismantled. As our social safety nets are being torn down by a man many blindly followed as an agent of change ( although 18 million voters knew better, it wasn't enough to keep their votes from being stolen. And...it was done in broad daylight without any fear of repercussion from the masses.) and the politicians ( Be they Democrat or Republican ) who have sold their collective asses to the highest corporate bidder.
These so-called "Elected Officials" no longer care that you know that they despise you!
They no longer hide their disgust at your "Parasitic subsistence" on the Governments corpse!
They no longer hide the utter revulsion they hold for the poor!
They no longer have any "FEAR" of the very people that they pander to so that the votes they need are secured with the one hand as the other wields the blade that slices the very throat of those they just pandered to!
Oh, and they no longer give a shit that you know that they consider the so-called "middle Class" the nations piggy bank and if that Middle Class can not pay in treasure for the folly, the lifestyles and the excesses of the Versailles court, then by God they will squeeze it out in blood!!!!!

By the way...even an ideologue of Hatch's considerable hypocrisy knows that if a person is in absolute poverty, there is NOTHING short of blood that can be squeezed from him/her. Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) voted against beginning debate on a measure that would have the Senate declare the rich should share the pain of debt reduction Thursday, a day after arguing that it's the poor and middle class who need to do more.
"I hear how they're so caring for the poor and so forth," Hatch said in remarks on the Senate floor Wednesday, in reference to Democrats. "The poor need jobs! And they also need to share some of the responsibility."
It's unbelievable that a politician would publicly argue that the poor need to tighten their belts, shut the fuck up and share responsibility to ensure the rich are not inconvenienced by higher taxes on their stupendous riches!!!!
Once upon a time in America, we the people rose up and demanded better wages. We demanded safer working conditions. Shorter work hours. Fair pay for a fairs days work. Vacation time away from the pits that we toiled in. An end to child labor. Health care. Good roads. Better schools for our children. Safer products. Clean air and clean water to breathe and to drink. Etc...Etc..Etc..
These things were hard fought and hard won. Many lost lives and sacrificed everything in the pursuit of these things.
There was "Once" a party that fought the forces of evil to ensure that the masses would never again be subject to the cruel and inhuman conditions that permeated the so called "Industrial Age."
That party was hijacked by the multi-millionaires yearning for absolute power and ways to enrich themselves further. Both parties have become a haven for the Uber Rich or a stepping stone for those that wish to enter that world. **Cough cough..Obama anyone?**
That party was once a bastion of "Liberal thinking."
Of Progressive ideas meant to further enrich the lives of EVERYONE.
It was a party of women. Of gays/Lesbians.
A party that welcomed the poor.
The immigrant.
Those of and religion, race or creed.
It was once a party that cared for the countries forgotten.
A party of people that cared for it's countries sick and old.
It cared for it's countries young and it didn't matter if they were black or white. Red or yellow. Straight or gay. Man or Woman!
This was once the party I believed in. The party I belonged to. The party of my parents.

So, today I read that the man supposedly elected to bring "Hope and Change!" ( although I nor millions of others were ever fooled by this propaganda bullshit.) We knew what he was and tried to warn those among us not to drink the Kool Aid! Little good that did. We were branded racist and told to either support the "Light Giver" or suffer the pain of not being COOL!
The pandering "Light Bringer" was enshrined on Mount Olympus for all the world to worship and all was well until "Obama the Great" decided to shed his cloak of many colors and reveal who he really was and is!
This Democratic pretender was known to many of us here in Chicago and millions more were hip to his charade from day one. He was gifted the Presidency and became Emperor to a country devastated by two wars that the previous REPUBLICAN administration lied us into.
An economy brought to it's knees by Wall Street's greed and excesses.
A tsunami of jobs being shipped out of our country and the Fat Cats screaming that they need more regulation lest they lose a few million of of their BILLIONS!
And the lose of our civil liberties and the curtailing of our rights by the increasingly militaristic "civilian "Goon Squads" we call the Police.
I could go on and on but I'm afraid no one is listening.
So......Today, I watched a Republican Senator argue for the poor to "Share" more of a responsibility to ensure the sensibilities of his rich corporate masters wouldn't have to endure having to wipe their ass with 50 dollars bills instead of 100s!
And it made me sick to my stomach!
Today I witnessed how a REAL prostitute does business!
